How do I get started with Glacelia?
Create a free account and choose during onboarding whether you start as a private person or as an ice cream shop. You can then immediately create your first recipe with the AI or add ingredients. A guided tour shows you the most important features.
How does the AI quota work?
On the free plan, private users can create up to 3 AI recipes per day. With a subscription (Artisan, Maestro or Gran Riserva) you receive a larger monthly quota that resets automatically on the first day of each month.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel them at any time under Settings → [your name] → Subscriptionson your iPhone or iPad. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate previous purchases in the app via "Restore Purchases".
How do I delete my account?
In the app, under Settings → Delete account, you can permanently remove your account and the associated personal data. On request, we will also delete your account after an e-mail to hallo@foerdelab.de.
